Hi, Is there any xbox presence kind of service active inside of windows 8.1 ? I want to make sure to disable everything connected to game dvr because in windows 10 it made my games unplayable. Is there anything similar to xbox app/game dvr inside windows 8.1 or i can have peace of mind when it comes to latency issues caused by apps?
