windows 8.1 help!!!

    hello guys...

    can anyone tell me how to personalize start screen in windows 8.1??? i cannot find any option to personalize start screen in my windows 8.1...

    Isn't it the same as Windows 8 ? BTW if Windows 8.1 is not activated then you can't :)

    When you are in start screen, bring out charm menu->settings->personalize.

    no its different from windows 8. What FaiKee told is right.
    thank you guys....i got it...
    my windows was activated...for start screen personalization, you need to first go to the start screen and then open personalization tab from settings. The same thing from desktop will open control panel personalization....
