windows 8.1 music app

    when playing on background its volume goes down why this happen? when in music app open no problem when we turn background it lowering sound

    Keep Music app opened. If not, there is a problem with sound driver. Update it.

    I had this same issue. Seems that Steam was causing the mixer volume to go down. Setting a push to talk key in Steam then restarting the Steam program was a permanent solution for me.
