Windows 8.1 not charging PS3 Controllers

    When I connect PS3 Controllers to a USB Port windows 8.1 won't charge them.
    If I reboot and start with windows 8/7/XP the controllers Charge normally.

    Is it possible that 8.1 blocks PS3 Sony Controllers, is there any workaround?

    I use my Dualshock 3 controller via the Motioninjoy drivers and BetterDS3 in 8.1 with no problems charging and connecting to my bluetooth adapter.

    device driver is not installed correctly

    I've installed Motioninjoy drivers and now all works fine.
