windows 8.1 oem to wmc upgrade

    Hi all I was wondering if I use a skipe activation for 8.1 will I then be able to update win 8.1 pro. to media center edition by buying the $9. upgrade key from Microsoft?

    Yes u will be able to upgrade to WMC if windows 8 pro Retail is activated by Skype
