Hi everyone, Some new tablet running under Windows 8.1 come with a free (and full) version of Office 2013 pre-installed. Since I never use "pre-installed" version of os on any device, I will surely format such device and reinstall Windows 8.1 from scratch. But what about Office 2013? Does it's activation will be similar to Windows 8.1 and will check for a KEY Inside the UEFI firmware (so a simplet install is OK)? It is a pre-installed "regular" key (which I would have to extract before reinstalling) or .... ? Anyone knows? Thanks!
For what i know it's an oem kit (same was done for office 2010 i tested it), and it's effectively a pre-installed key. But concerning tablet i don't know.
So, Asus had to install manually a different key on all is T100 tablet? Ok... so if I but one I will have to extract the key first then!
