As per title I am playing with removing and tweaking the Italian 64 bit version and I was wondering if I can integrate a local user account (in my case 'Cr4z33' without quotes) with password, user pic and so on?
This means no SkyDrive crap thingie please.

I am sure I have seen something on this forum, but so far I couldn't find it again.

It is possible, but in Win8.x they have appprovisioned packages that install during setup and keep a database.
They also use a great deal of registry keys.

I'm thinking what you want might be more of a sysprep/capture. I've discussed that method in post 1 of my integration thread.
If you get stuck, feel free to ask questions there.

edit: forgot to mention that for your purposes, don't go into audit-mode.
Simply set it up how you prefer, boot into a bootable image with dism support and do a dism capture.
