I just upgraded to Windows 8.1 from 8 and found that my SonicWall Global VPN Client needed to be upgraded. I downloaded the newer version and the connection was established. BUT I cannot access my computers through the VPN any more, neither using Remote Desktop nor with VNC. The connection tries to connect for a few seconds then fails. Remote Desktop complains about an "internal error". VNC connection is reset by peer. In neither case am I prompted to enter my domain user/password. This is very annoying and will certainly cause loss of productivity. Has anybody experienced this odd behaviour?
