Is there a difference between Windows 8.1 RTM and Finalversions?

If there is, how can i find final version's iso ? I can't find iso for a clean install...

YES there is a little difference (General Availability Updates). As far as the ISOs are concerned, we'll need to wait a bit.

No, no need to reinstall. Just check for updates using Windows Updates and install them.

Contrary to their tradition MS decided to update RTM image on public release. It does not make Wzor leaked RTM release, previous MSDN iso as not final, some kind of OEM Preview edition.
Got updates, same version number means final. There is no pre-release not ready MSDN iso or last true final GA edition. Just new updated iso's. There will be again new iso's in future if they think
bugs found are serious enough to integrate as in past they did. Not big deal. For faster deployment and less post installation update time it is always preferable to use latest official iso. Waiting for leaks.
