When I right-click items on Windows Taskbar, the text appears in blue. Is it possible to change the color to more readable color.

    Glad to hear!
From now is recommended to be very careful, if installing updates on Windows 7, 8 and 8.1. Such problems may occur again.
Coming up are innovations, that make your computer so to say secretly to Windows 10. Initially these are the indicative (recommended) updates. Therefore check very carefully, what updates are suggested to install, select what to install and what to not install (is wise to abandon of many). Remember - these updates are all recommended updates and they are not needed to install.
