Uninstall the apps and remove the old app files/folders from C:\Program Files\WindowsApps before installing them again

Or after uninstalling apps, run manual maintanence. It takes a few hours to complete, so do it overnight. But it auto-updates all apps and checks for their integrity. And deletes left-overs from uninstalled apps.

After uninstalling the apps, the apps are missing from WindowsApps folder. In WindowsApps there is a folder named deleted, but it's empty too. So with windows 8.1 update 1 this is fixed, I mean the apps are full deleted?

My maintanence it takes 1 hour and there is no problem to start it now, but I don't think this is the problem. But will try.

Hmm, should be 17031 for the dism.exe in sys32 folder :g:. Check 'BuildLabEx' under
    Code:
    HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion
    .
If doesn't show 17031 something went wrong during Update.

For Update 1 it should state afaik:

    Code:
    BuildLabEx REG_SZ 9600.17031.amd64fre.winblue_gdr.140221-1952
    Something definitely went wrong :g:.

So, what to do? May be to remove some updates and to install the right one? I have no idea what to do and any help would be nice to me :)

As you assumed having Update 1 installed, what did you actually do ... ?

That would make sense ... :hmm:

Ammm default windows right click menus on the apps, power button, search button, apps on the task bar, etc. geobot may be is right, I have old update 1 installed update?

As geobot mentioned it i remember 17025 being one leak before the Update 1 leak (17031). Seems you installed the old version of windows8.1-kb2919355-x64.msu, new one has this hash:

    Code:

    Try uninstalling and re-installing them.
If they still don't work, you'll have to wait till April 8 when the update is supposed to go live.
Then you can complain. Before then, be glad any of your apps work at all on this pre-release
