Windows 8.1 update

    I have a pirated version of Windows 8.1 and want to know if I could install updates on it. Because I want to particularly install the update KB2903939 on 8.1 to stop mouse stuttering.

    Pirated how? With KMS activators from this forum? If so, you can just run Windows Update and install any updates you like...
