As ambidav found out, the CCSL build shows an interesting upgrade matrix, would guess the one from CC is similiar (-1) . Info from /Get-TargetEditions of mounted WIM: Spoiler Only CCCS would need it's own ISO.
Code: CoreConnected => Core, Professional, ProfessionalWMC CoreConnectedN => CoreN, ProfessionalN, ProfessionalStudentN CoreConnectedSingleLanguage => Core, CoreConnected, CoreSingleLanguage, Professional, ProfessionalStudent, ProfessionalWMC CoreConnectedCountrySpecific => Core, CoreCountrySpecific, Professional, ProfessionalWMC ProfessionalStudent => Professional, ProfessionalWMC ProfessionalStudentN => ProfessionalN
Does anyone know if the OEMs are expected to change the edition themselves, or if MS has given them different images to work with?
Thanks very good morphy78, I intend to do a test on VM, during installation which determines which version will be installed are the Keys right?!
Actually, unless you set-edition to a different edition, such as the professionalstudent editionid, you'd need to install using the coreconnected keys (I assume you're talking about the coreconnected img that was posted). I don't believe you can install using the different editions that it is able to upgrade to, much as you cannot install to a prowmc version of professional.
It's not the matter if they already posted, i'm just pointing out that he is the original source of it before it hit rest of the internet
If anyone spots any ccsl, prostudent, or N variants of any of these new OEM editions, give a hollar and I'll go see iffn I can locate them.
