    **** Device Connectivity Tests ****

iPodService 11.0.5.5 (x64) is currently running.
    iTunesHelper 11.0.5.5 is currently running.
Apple Mobile Device service 3.3.0.0 is currently running.

I plug in my iphone to my notebook and I tried USB 3.0 and 2.0 port, but nothing response from iTunes.

Windows 8.1 installed the driver for iphone automatically and I can open my picture on iphone through Windows 8.1.

Anyway to solve this problem ?

    Cant help really but,
I installed today Itunes x64 and plugged in the Iphone 4.
The driver is installed automatically and Itunes showed it.
    So it´s not because Windows 8.1 :D

    Try that:
delete Itunes and other software like that.
    delete driver for Iphone

Download Itunes again, install and login to the store and connect your IPhone again.

    Remove everything:

iTunes, Apple Mobile Device, Apple Driver From Devices under my computer. Restart your PC and then re-install iTunes.

iPhone 4s on iTunes x64 latest working flawless here on Win 8.1 RTM
