Windows 8/8.1 Skype problem!

    How can i sign out or sign in with another ac or sync with FB to chat with my fb friends ?
    (like desktop version)

    The screen is telling you how btw logout your microsoft account and relog with another account

    Personaly i'm using a local account

    Use the charms bar on the right choose on the bottum change pc settings there you find what you need

    You can as well install the desktop version, which will be familiar and has more features. Just visit skype.com and click on other downloads.

    The Skype app is useless and your Facebook contacts won't be on there. I persisted with it for months and months hoping it would improve and it's still as useless as when it was released over a year ago. Just get the desktop version and it works great.
