Windows 8 activation failed

    Morning all ,

    Please be informed that i have tried to active my Windows 8 pro 64 bit but couldn't .

    Already i used the method of below :

    8 Professional KMS key from .)Code:

    slmgr.vbs -ipk <>slmgr /skms <KMS SERVER>slmgr.vbs -ato
    1st step is done successfully
    2nd step is done successfully

    but 3rd step ( as slmgr.vbs -ato ) it's failed as mentioned on below image

    Could you please advise me what is the problem here ? then advise the solution .

    You need to set the KMS server
    slmgr -skms win8kms4.mooo.com
    slmgr -ato

    Give that a try.

    sync time with internet? allow KMS through firewall?

    yes,make sure your time is synced with your region

    at 1st Sync the time with your local reason and then proceed for the above activation steps it should work

    Are you sure you installed win 8 pro VLK ?

    he don't have to have the vlk edition too use kms

    Could it be your internet such as a port not open or a firewall that is not set up correctly? I just successfully KMS activated my VMware version of Windows 8 Pro without a hitch.
