Windows 8 and subpixel RGB optimization

    What's with Windows 8? Font rendering is worse than with Windows 7, especially with an LED/LCD monitor.

    Is there anyway to configure subpixel RGB optimization? The registry keys don't exist and when Windows 7 keys are added... there is no effect.
