Iam guessing those trying to use this are doing so well still in windows 8. If you boot into another os and replace the files its fine. Think to note though is its not complete it leaves about 10 of the numbers.
The user name you used to install 8102 have ownership to the files, I just renamed the file directly.
It needs clear improvement. Whoops my bad you can't remove the hash. It doesn't get rid of the Microsoft confidential which eventually shows up on the desktop.
Should work if after reboot you give in cmd as administrator followning command:MCBUILDER then restart....if that file is worked correct should watermark disappear!
I just tried it, doesn't work - didn't do a thing but pop up with an error. Usually you need both shell32.dll and shell32.dll.mui to work. Edit: After running mcbuilder, it removed about half of the bottom line - remain from .b326......, but the whole confidential blah, blah still there.
If does not working who is give a f ?Later will be a solution available because here are many smart guys...
