What happen if you use in Windows Explorer's Command Line (NOT Win +R) \\[Laptop IP like 192.168.1.12]? I assume that you have Sharing on both machines enabled?!

You should had stated that I should do that in Windows Explorer, just like that, I thought you were talking about command line... The result is the same as it was with the win+r combination. Probably I wasnt clear enough but its like this: with this desktop I can connect to any other computer on this wireless net and any computer can connect to this desktop, sharing folders. Any computer can connect to that laptop, using the same wireless net and that laptop can connect to any computer using the same shared folders. The problem is with this desktop and that laptop. I have no idea what could be. Even I though that could be AutoKMS, that somehow could interfere in something, but its not.
