Windows 8 Consumer Preview Build 8250 is the Ultimate Version!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Guys, after I install VMware Workstation 8 on Windows 8 Consumer Preview, I clicked "About" and it shows: Capture.jpg
    It shows that the Host OS is Windows 7 Ultimate, Build 6.2.8250!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!What the hell???????????:worthy:

    Because VMware has not been updated to give the correct version...?

    FYI, VMWare has a free to test VMWare Workstation 2012 Technical Preview on their website.

    Yeah, build 8250 client is "Ultimate" and server is "Datacenter" - big deal?

    just means more expensive if you want for some reason to upgrade it to released version instead of clean install of lower edition.
