Google! Control Panel > Appearance and Personalisation > Fonts Preview, delete, show or hide the fonts installed on your computer.
I guess, I understand what churro wants to do, His Brother installed a bunch of new fonts which slow down the boot time of windows probably of the amount of them. As you cannot delete/uninstall them as they came in, you have to manually uninstall them and this a time consuming work. Afaik, there is no routine to get the fonts which were additionally installed off your system with a single click. If there were a default setting, it would be nice but I'm serious, there is none
