Well, here is the working Autounattend.xml for Windows 8 Developer Preview Build 8102 64-bit Note: The setting <selection name="NetFx3" state="true" /> in the <servicing> section will only work if you have already installed the .NET Framework 3.5 through "Turn Windows features on and off" in sysprep mode.
