Just use this and reinstall every 90 days. Any restrictions on functionality??. If not, this is great coming so soon after technet release. I have a technet std and they have given windows 8 only. No pro and enterprise. Edit: technet std has pro.
I'm somewhat sceptical to this trial / evaluation release as it can't be "upgraded" to a full-version. Previously with both Windows Vista and Windows 7 their Enterprise evaluation releases could always be activated within the 90-day trial period, so what's the deal with Windows 8? Why can't it be activated? Is there some funny business going on with this release making it inferior to the other releases in some ways? If not I can't really see the reason for not allowing it to be activated into full-versions as requiring re-installations is downright silly for corporations that might test it out.
As far as I know, Windows 7 Enterprise evaluation could be activated through a MAK key, apart from other methods. Even KMS used to work on that. I did it 3-4 times using leaked keys in early 2010. However, I got a Technet Pro account in 2010 and from then on, had no need for using leaked keys. I hope and am confident that windows 8 enterprise evaluation can also be activated in the same manner. The download link above is the only public download link for any version of windows 8 at the moment. Plus, this is as genuine as it could be. Maybe later, we may get a digitalriver or some other link, but as of now, one can download windows 8 from Microsoft only from technet/msdn (not for everyone) or from the above link (for everyone). Excluded from this are torrents, file sharing links, etc; which may be genuine but are second-hand.
What is causing the roll on the floor?? Do you have inside info that enterprise eval. cannot be used forever by simply formating and reinstalling a fresh copy. Worst case: get a new MS account to get around this: ``During registration (required) you must login with a Microsoft account and provide your name, e-mail address and country'. The point is not that it is a permanent solution, but that it seems a good solution for many months. Also what is the sanctity of 14 Aug 2013. When that comes to pass, will MS stop offering windows 8 enterprise evaluation? or activating. Getting a new MS hotmail/outlook account is hardly an issue. What is the real issue in using this evaluation??
100, if you could put links to torrents versions of PT-BR would be very grateful. Thanks in advance ... Marcelo "Sushi" PS: Sorry for my poor English ...
