Windows 8 - Explorer endless crash loop.... KB 2617028

    Windows 8... Endless Explorer crash loop.

    KB 2617028 seems to describe issue. Update does not appear in Windows update, and I cannot find anywhere to download it manually, including the repositories here....

    Any tips?

    This will fix my problem i think, but the files are not on the server anymore...
    Can you reupload or get a new link? Really need this fix.
