Is there any way to disable the annoying hand that appears that lets you grab the screen and move it around when you're cursor is at the top of the screen ?
I was playing a game inside Metro UI from windows store and was getting irritated when I clicked near the top during game-play and the screen moved every-time, although the hand grab thing is disabled when running desktop apps.
