Windows 8 lags when uplugged

    Hi there! i've got a Hp dv6-3114sl Laptop with W8 Pro Activated

    but when is unplugged and it reach half battery it starts an heavy lag, if i plug the cable it returns to normality...when i were on W7 it didn't expect any problem

    any suggestion? thanks in advance!

    Go to POWER OPTIONS and see that the CPU minimum state is 100%.

    ok so i noticed a little improvement but expecially when i see videos on youtube and stuff it lags anyway...i use the latest firefox :(

    [SOLVED] in advanced power settings, under processor settings, set cooling sistem on active for both battery and plugged. (see attachment)
