    Hi all ,

    A tweet from Windows 8 Center site says that Windows 8 M3 leaked on private FTP

    So is this true ??!! Or just rumors

    I heard it's false but I hope it's true.. But if it was 7955 would that not be Milestone 2 instead as M3 was later?

    Nope.

    Milestone 1 is build 7800 to 7850.
    Milestone 2 is builds 7851 to 7950.
    Milestone 3 is 7951 to... well, we don't know yet. I'd assume by the trend 8050.

    Well I would suspect only the first half is true. The second half is just a wait-and-see.

    Hundreds of people probably have the build, but the source tree is probably so branched out there's no telling who got it from who, or where it lies. It could be on one private FTP it could be on dozens.
