During my last install. When I put in my media center key. It actually replaced the upgrade key with that key and deactivated my installation. I clicked on reactivate and it activated fine again but put back in my original upgrade key. Sounds confusing I know. Please try to follow. So, today. I added my media center key once again. As I had to do another reinstall a few days ago. I just did not add media center until a few mins ago. Once added. It replaced my upgrade key with the media center key and says I am activated. Wtf is MS doing? So, this leads me to my next question. If I do a reinstall down the line of Windows 8. Can I use the media center key and Windows 8 will activate with media center as well? Or go back the way I have been doing it. Install Windows 8 with upgrade key and then add features with media center using that key?:confused:
