windows 8 noob quetions help

    I have certain doubts regarding windows 8

    1>With UEFI replacing BIOS, will windows 8 support old MoBos ?
    2>Will there be a pirated version of windows 8?

    1 Yes of course. Although no preinstalled version on legacy BIOS mobos will be available
    2 Not here at MDL! Here is also no pirated version of w7 / Vista available.

    With pirated I mean will there be a loader or hack possible for UEFI version of windows
