1. Too jagged 2. Font/size is wrong 3. Not uniform (parallels are not parallel) Open the scan and your photoshopped one, switch between them continuously. The differences will pop out.
These Windows 8 badges now "replace" the old COA that came with laptops that had Windows 7 pre-installed. Yes, there are removal evident features on these badges should one would remove the windows 8 badge from a system and stick it on to another.

Wow! , talk about being picky! If you enlarge MS's new Windows logo, even it is 'Jagged" Give the guy a break, if you can do better feel free it open your graphics program and go to work.
