    Hello, I will buy Windows 8 Pro OEM and I will activate it. When I will activate it once, It will go activate it on other PC? I know, that isn't legal, but my question is " It will go activate it on other PC?"

    technically no man, but you can always try and call them:D they ll understand.

    oh, If I go to reinstal my computer with OEM licence, I have to call to Microsoft When I am going to activate it?

    At first you don't aktualy speek to a person, you need to give a bunch of numbers, if all goes well the computer respond with a bunch of numbers you need to enter in order to activate.
    Even when you are referred to a person, you can always say that you changed major hardware, like motherboard and CPU, networkcard and some other stuff.
