    Is there a simple GUI utility to easily change the installed Win 8 product key rather thanrunning an elevated command prompt slmgr.vbs -ipk XXXX-XXXX etc

    It's just easier to copy and paste than make a mistake :rolleyes:

    Run -> slui 3

    Btw, you can also paste the key in command prompt.

    Thanks for the tip.

    If I re-image a clean Windows 8 installation to another Windows 8 PC - what is the simplest way to get the new machine to pick up the embedded key instead of the one from the first machine?

    If the key is activated off the 1st machine, you will get the key blacklisted. Microsoft is ALWAYS checking activation and if Microsoft sees the PID is on two computers at the same time, you'll be blacklisted.
