Alright, so I want to upgrade from my Windows 7 to Windows 8. I torrented a Windows 8 Pro torrent. Now can I just install it with

Upgrade: Install Windows and Keep Files etc...

    or

do I have to install a fresh copy (On My Partition)?

It may be seem like a dumb question, but I don't want to screw up or anything...

NOTE: I'm just running the setup via PowerISO.

Always backup your current Windows image before doing anything.
As far as you upgrading or doing a fresh install, it a matter of personal choice....

If the setup allow you to upgrade, just upgrade
Btw, I prefer extracting the iso file to a folder on disk before run setup.exe

Alright, so if I were to buy Windows 8 from Microsoft for $40, does it come with 64bit? Or a 32bit? Or both? I'm sorry if I'm asking stupid questions, its just I wanna be sure, and not end up with a 32bit system... >_>
