Maybe if someone could upload or pm this files from C:\Windows\System32 folder themeui.dll,UXInit.dll,uxtheme.dll,themeservice.dll ill have look.
That's because WSB was only set up to use one STREAM resources as in Vista and 7 there was only one. So that's more of a bug displaying the right image rather than something that won't work. The only major thing I can think of off the top of my head is the inclusion of new resources (you can see them if you open up aero.msstyles in a resource editor). One of which are, I presume, Metro's animations (AMAP).
^^ taskbar drop shadow looks cool. it seems everything is there in windows 8 but microsoft is hiding it like classic theme in your screenshot.
