Windows 8 Shutdown/Restart issues.

    I've similar problem with an ASRock MB with and without UEFI mode: Windows didn't shut down completely. OK, I really don't mind about that, I any switch off the UPS while down the Computer because also the Monitors will be switched off and the Raid Rack.

    Windows go down and also the Graphic is off but switch off total.
