okay it has moved but a few minutes after it BSOD with DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. Now I rebooted and it just has the blue windows logo with the spinning white loading icon
I already figured that I would need to do a clean install, so I already have my data backed up. It will probably have to wait until tomorrow because clean install + data restore is like a full 2 day event for me
Sometimes, there is 3rd party driver, which will stop responding during upgrade reconfiguration... MS simplified OS so much for BFUs, that today is sometimes nearly impossible to figure out, what has happened. There is no easy stepping or tracking of the process, user has to be grateful even for that inaccurate percentage indicator and some stupid prompt like "We are almost there." (Where BTW?) It is shame, that current OSs are made for idiots... For example, why user can't trace all loading items while Windows starts (Load XY? [Yes/No/All])? Because MS confider him too stupid to do this.
Original post edited. Got it to install by uninstalling third party drivers and upgrading intel chipset drivers
