Hello, I want to upgrade from Windows 7 Home Basic to Windows 8 without loosing my Configuration but the Upgrade wizard doesn't let me choose this option the Option is "Nothing". I already Upgraded another PC from a 7 Ultimate version to Windows 8 without any issues, configuration and applications being saved because there was an option to choose from. What I'm doing wrong ? Issue solved. The profiles should be on the same partition where the OS was installed, in my case the profiles were stored on another partition, after changing it back to C: I was able to Upgrade and save my Apps & Configuration.
