I have a cloned copy of Windows 7 Dell OEM on 2 drives in a dual boot situation. Can I upgrade one of them to Windows 8 and still use both if I am not using them at the same time? I also have the Windows Media Center upgrade offer for Windows 8. I really have no reason to do this except to try Windows 8 and media center. I guess what I am asking is.... does the Windows 8 upgrade or WMC de-activate the OEM Windows 7 license?
Thanks for the reply...after the upgrade and I reconnect the Win 7 drive...Then I should be able to dual boot..correct? I'm trying to avoid a problem with the bootloader.
