Whenever I turn my PC on I get the BSOD and it says my computer failed to start. I tried the automatic fixer it didn't work I used a system image and it still doesn't work! The last thing I did on it was great a system image and defrag an external hard drive. I even contacted customer support twice. And I still didn't get anywere! Please help me! PS I would not like to refresh or reset my PC if that is possible.

I am very suspicious there is a problem with your hard disk drive. Replacing it would be the best alternative option in finding quick solution.

sometimes a reset or refresh is the best option for some problems, unfortunately.

Run cleanmgr.exe as admin. Or just start disk cleanup and then click the system files button with the little shield icon.
