Windows 8 x64 Enterprise- Some apps shows offline

    Please help me with the following senario:

    I have Windows 8 x64 Enterprise installed and activated through online kms server. my internet is connected and i can browse through my explorrers. Some apps such as Mail and internet explorer and store work just fine, but others such as bing and pictures says that i am offline. w

    What is the problem?

    Yes, Hotmail account, I can download updates also..

    There was another user on the Windows 8 TechNet forums that had a similar issue. They found that the solution was to ensure that the DNS Client service is enabled.

    Also, I would suggest the TechNet Springboard Series for Windows 8 as there is quite a bit of information available on all aspects of Windows 8.
