I have a dual boot Win 8 and Win 7 and in Windows 7 ultimate i do not have the issue i have been banging my head with this one I've tried all the fixes that i can find on the net without any success the laptop is a Toshiba satellite c650 it says plugged in but not charging in windows 7 it seems to be fine, the yellow LED light on the laptop is always on and in Win 7 when it charging its yellow till its 100% charged. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this or having the same issues?
Try looking at the Device Manager. I have myself some problems with 2 USB ports which are not working at boot. Through the Device Manager did I saw a warning sign on these 2 ports. I disabled them and then re-enabled them which fixed the problem for me. (Sometimes I need to try it twice to get it work.)
Well that did not work odiebugs.. Now i will try to see if the vendor Toshiba has a driver for it Niekess..
I know yea, just not finding time to do that. Got other stuff on my mind. No success at device manager?
