    The link on mediafire for msdn retail-to-oem-delta is dead. Could it be possible re-upload it ? Thanks.

    I think these are the ones you want. There is one for MSDN retail to OEM, and one for OEM to MSDN retail. All credit goes to OZ for these deltas.

    How do I use the en_win98_se.delta file. It used to be a link that had a batch file to automate the process.
