As Windows Blue is considered a huge Update to Windows 8 instead of been a new OS, I don't think there will be an official Milestone. Maybe there will be a Beta Version! In the past, MS has released Beta Versions of it's SP's but Milestones Versions! It's also unlikely that there will be an Service Pack for Windows 8 regarding the from MS published infos about Windows Blue. That may differs for Server OS 2012, there could be still an SP come out, in fact a Friend, who's working for MS told that MS is working on just that SP for Server 2012. The whole things will be different about "Leaks", there could be an Milestone version, or better named as....... but official. Anyway, this time it's a bit unpredictable what MS really is doing and bring out! They've learned quite a lot in the last few years and also starting to get more advanced with "hiding" what's going on by and with them.
Then I take it as real, and NTmarta will come and say "LOOOL, old news". Have not visted BA for months.
I guessed the build number like that: the guy who has the build told me it was wdacxml and built around 20 Dec 2012
I remember Microsoft told that there are not going to release any service packs anymore, windows blue could still be a concept and take time to release. Internet Explorer 11 seems to be a major upgrade of Internet Explorer probably with webrtc and expanding the horizons of Internet Explorer. I just hope it is free for windows 8 users
I got the windows blue testing task from our customer earlier last week but so far, I still didn't get the build. I'm wondering if some of the forumers who work in OEM already get the windows blue build?
Yeah. I'm focusing on Chrome OS now. They are realy one step further in the Cloud intregation I like the Chrome Pixelbook a lot. Who needs Windows?
