Do you want to eliminate the shortcut arrow from the icon?

1-create a folder on your desktop and rename it Documents
2-right-click it and choose send to Desktop to create a shortcut
3-remove the first created Documents folder .
4-Now rename Documents-shortcut to Documents , right-click it choose properties and in the target field put:
    C:\Users\Dan\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Libraries\Documents.library-ms
then click change icon and pick your icon , hit apply-ok

    that's all
