Hi, If I have a strong security like Kaspersky, should I turn Windows Defender off or keep it on & up-to-date along with?

Kaspersky disable Windows Defender as soon it's installed (except if you tell the security center to not do this).
There is however no need to left WD enabled while using Kaspersky.
