It is not system components. Microsoft pushes it through "Windows Update" - by my experiments and IMHO.

Without being a sycophant, if there is anyone with more knowledge and experience in this area here at the CDM, I am unaware of it.

I believe he would almost be able to remake windows from cable to tail and better than MS, at least his version would respect the user and would not be full of garbage...
