    Production = Create install.wim from scratch. e.g. Make a sandwich.

    Reconstruction = Convert old install.wim to new install.wim. e.g. Change the contents of a sandwich.

    I tried 19041.1 Enterprise certificates on ServerDatacenter 19299.15 leaked build, and they worked fine.
    Sadly Windows Update doesn't work on that build.

    Normally, an add-on should be gone when the image is re-produced. Like EdgeChromium in builds ahead of 21376.1.

    Now, EdgeChromium stays when 21376.1 is re-produced.

    Q: What is the secret?

    Maybe not all files need to be included in a specific package
    For me, Windows is just made up of files and registry.
    If there are thousands of ways to remove features in the world, there must be thousands of ways to add features.
    yeah, real skills
    Maybe we can think that Package and DISM are tools used to constrain users’ understanding of Windows
