You made it without my sxs? answer : i made it exactly like you said ... when you extract the microsoft-windows-editionspecific-starter-package.esd and microsoft-windows-editionspecific-starter-wow64-package.esd in to the sxs folder there are 2 files which need to be replaced : update.cat 8842 bytes and $filehashes$dat 5774068 bytes and one of 185828 bytes .... The first time it was showing not activated , and after 2 restarts it is permanently activated
