    Hi @xinso Would you know what Enterprise and Education have that gives them the capability to set Telemetry to "0"? Hope I'm clear. Thanks

    Sorry, but Telemetry is a thing I have never paid attention to, alike the new features.

    set Telemetry to "0"

    Where did you get such an idea from?

    How about
    1. upgrade 17763 CMGE with them (en-US and zh-CN)
    2. convert them in CMGE style (38 languages)
    3. convert CMGE to them (38 languages)

    PS.
    Ideas only, no script support - I am not available.

    You successfully make this, but in the different thread have problem with 19043.1083 custom update:

    Reason 1:
    Branding files have no independent package, neutral file splitted into some system pack, and lnaguage in some system package language pack. This can be dealt with manually only.

    Reason 2: New Update Technology and PSFX update format won't allowed Reason 1.

    Therefore, without update support, it is not practical for normal users.
