    there are two sppsvc.exe in Windows10.0-KB5004296-x64.
    we can not use it? It's only 1M, normal is 4M.

    Useless now.

    IoTEnterpriseS key won't be accepted. Maybe the image is not EnterpriseS.

    19044.1149 EnterpriseS is compatible with 22000.71.

    IoTEnterpriseS, I think, is needing EnterpriseS.
